The people of Rararua village, a two hour drive south east from Nadi on the west coast of the main Fijian island of Viti Levu, are appreciative recipients of three old sets of HOBM RFC jerseys. The Club generously made the jerseys available for this good cause through Gary Clout and Nigel Stirling.
Nigel's involvement on the committee of the Centurions RFC enabled him to arrange delivery of the jerseys through former Black Fern Erin Rush and her husband Nigel Solomon during their family holiday to Fiji over Christmas.
One of the photos show some of the old sets prior to delivery and the other shows Erin Rush and Nigel Solomon (partly obscured) and their children Stanley and Winnie as they delivered the jerseys on 5 January 2019.
The people of Rararua village say huge thank you to HOBM RFC--there is now a club proudly wearing our colours in Fiji!!
